Swirly strawberry dashed ice cream are sold everywhere on the beaches in England. Chunky ice cream sandwiched between paper thin wafers - delicious! No matter how grey the sky, no matter how much rain, ice cream sandwichs are always on the menu.
Spring is beckoning me from the office window and the blue blue sky, tantalisingly cloudless, is waiting for me to walking underneath it...instead…I’m at my desk. Sitting. Never fear, it will soon be summer and I will be making my way through a mound of ice cream.
