Fresh, crusty white dinner rolls. This was my very first attempt at making dinner rolls in a multitude of different knots and twists. Boy they were tasty! There’s a definite knack when trying to make exceptionally round and perfectly formed bread rolls. Apparently it takes 10,000 hours of practice before you can consider yourself an expert in your field, by my calculations I’ve knocked 2 hours off my total…only another 9,998
